Dawn butchered my daughters hair to the point when my girl saw it she busted into tears (10yrs old) then ARGUED with me about it THEN had the nerve to tell me to calm down I'm embarrassing my daughter & thats why shes crying. LITERALLY LOOKED LIKE SHE PUT A BOWL ON HER HEAD & HALF ASS CUT IT! MASTERCUTS PULLED THRO THO, they fixed it & it looks great now.

I recently had the worst experience at this salon. JCPenney's Salon is where I have always gone to get my hair done, cut and color. This last time, however, was a horrible experience I would wish on no one. After spending nearly 5 hours in the salon, I walked out of there with WHITE HAIR. I asked for a golden blonde. It was white and she also destroyed my hair. It's so damaged it feels like rubber when it's wet. She then made me paid $150 and did not even offer to fix the color, not that I would let her. I went to another salon in an attempt to get it fixed but she left a toner on it so long that unless I want to risk destroying my hair even more I'm stuck with gray hair. The sad thing is that it probably could have been avoided had she been paying attention. Instead she was too concerned with socializing and playing on her cell phone to pay attention to a PAYING CUSTOMER. I also emailed JCPenneys wanting my money back, however, they have yet to respond. Terrible customer service. I will never be using their salon again and I doubt I will shop there either. She destroyed not only my hair but my self confidence as well.

I have had my hair done here a few times and no problems but today was a disaster ,a young girl did my hair I told her I wanted my roots done and the rest of my hair toned to match and a trim and I even showed her a pic of how I wanted it ,needless to say after 5 hours of setting there I got grey hair and the only trim she did was on the back of my hair not my bangs not my sides just the bottom back of my hair .she tried styling the back of my hair with a brush and blow dryer and she stopped for a second and I told her I did not like it ,it looked grey and that I was done I pulled my hair up and walked off ,she never offered to fix it or anything she just stood there ..I did pay for the service but should have refused !!! I hope she enjoyed the tip I left her to .I was highly disappointed and I can tell her one thing she will never do my hair ever again ever !!!!!
