Disappointed
The changing room had a strong odor of urine. I asked about props and was told they didn’t have any although the website said they had a few. I asked if I could blow bubbles at the baby but was told no. I didn’t have a good experience and I will never go back to any jcpenny’s portrait studio.

Very disappointing today June 2 2017 my wife and I had an appointment for 11:30am, the gentlemen that was taking our photos was very rude and very unprofessional. We will never go back there again
