I took my husband's phone 2 times. (my husband is a pro at dropping his phones:)) Both times Jay fixed the phone within 15-20 minutes! I was very pleased with the customer service and prices! Highly recommend!!!

We live in Georgia & we were in Bay City visiting for Christmas when my daughter shattered her screen during the trip up. We took the phone there & it was fixed in less than 15 mins plus we were able to purchase all our other phone needs. Very professional and reasonable price in-fact she has since shattered the screen again as did my son with his phone. We are headed up again for Christmas and I’m having both phones fixed there while visiting! Sure wish we had a store here that cared as your store does not to mention the friendly atmosphere & attitude you showed us! Thank you for servicing us with care!
