Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service from the one little male who works there. Continued to state their policy regarding using regular polish instead of gel (on feet). If you don't want to use regular polish, then maybe you should remove it from your salon. For those who get regular pedicures, gel is not needed on feet. At any rate, provide the customer what they want and are paying for not what you recommend. Will not be going back to this salon.

Within 2-4 days gel nail Polish is chipping, they are sloppy with painting your nails, the guy at the front Bad mouths everyone else’s work in there and does a horrible job himself. I’ve given chance after chance because they are convenient to where I live but it’s just been one horrible experience after another and I’m done!

I went to get my eyebrows done. I told her not to make them to thin. Not only did she mess up my eyebrows but she was also arguing with another employee the whole time. I won’t be returning for any services.
Unprofessional!
Horrible service! Went to get a manicure w/gel for $35 barely did a thing! Then the employees were arguing in front of customers and using profanity! Never felt more uncomfortable in a place of business. Especially spending that much for just a manicure smh. Also they have a note on the door that says no kids unless they are getting serviced! Never heard of a nail shop that doesn’t allow kids in.
