They have no idea what they are doing and very unprofessional
They killed my expensive phone and tried to sell me a used one. The guy there had the excuse that he doesn’t know about phones just like we don’t. We are not there to fix phones he is. Stay away from this place.
Took No responsibility for faulty repair
Brought a phone in to have a cracked screen repaired, 6 days later the front of the phone falls off. mike claimed we must have done something to the phone and didn’t take responsibility. He said it wasn’t there fault and mentioned a warranty that he didn’t have available to share- he said it was on the digital receipt. There is no warranty attached to the receipt and he was unable to provide one. He just refused to fix his botched job.
