Rude customer service
Don’t ever come here because customer service sucks here!! I waited almost an hour before someone came and when he finally did he tried to over charge me for a up grade fee when I already had that type of screen and I told him I have that screen but he kept on telling me I need a upgrade fee. Once he knew that he couldn’t get the upgrade fee. He told me to F off and take my shit somewhere else and to leave him alone and he kept on cussing me out until I left. The person was in there mid 20 maybe. Also Hispanic it looked like. Please have some serious repercussions for this imploye because this is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal member of this company for years and replaced my screen protector maybe times before!
