The man who originally put on my phone screen put it on wrong because I couldn't type or scroll through my phone almost at all. He said that it was because my phone sensitivity was off and to mess with the settings. Well after awhile and he tried to find it (and couldn't because my phone doesn't have screen sensitivity settings) he refused to believe it was because of the screen protector he put on. Even though my boyfriend has the same phone and also got a new screen protector as me at the same time and yet had no problems. The man was rude and I was ready to just leave and take my phone since he kept saying that even if he replaced the screen it wouldn't fix the problem. Well he eventually replaced the screen and surprise surprise! It worked again! Still didn't acknowledge that the original screen protector was the problem and didn't apologize for his rude and condescending behavior. Don't go unless you want to waste your time. I would give this place no stars if I could.

DONT waste your TIME or MONEY on this place, I am serious the kid (boy) that’s running it LIES thick, and does such a sloppy job on the screens, and the warranty is a bunch of shit to, I bought a screen protector and two days later noticed it had some cracked lines in it and some air bubbles so I brought it back to have the chicken shit boy fix what I was told he would with the BS warranty and he wouldn’t replace it like he should have I was tOld it would be 10 dollars to do so and he made the girl there do it please don’t waste your money on this place and the warranty is a lie never never will I return to this dump with a dumb looking kid running it

If you want to wait 45 mins for a single person to talk to one family about wireless chargers for nothing and explain everything so much when it’s al the same product and waste all the time please come here. The invisiblesheild was installed poorly. I voiced my concerns with the installation. He told me not too worry that if there was ever a problem just bring it back in and he would fix it. There was as problem. I went in to have it replaced and he tried charging me to replace it! On top of that my phone is also cracked where the invisiblesheild should have been protecting it. The owner of this kiosk is independent of Zagg and it's up to him to stand behind his work. He does not! Buy your screen protector from your cell phone provider because they will guarantee their work!
