I am beyond satisfied with service provided by Vera. She did an amazing job on my facial. Very good communication, she informed me each product that was used. She very knowledgeable and friendly. Love this place! Definitely will be back!

I was very disappointed that my facial lasted only 50 minutes and I didn’t get much information from their “skin analysis”. They try and sell you packages ranging in price from $859-$1,509 at the end without knowing anything about the products or light treatments. Really? Wouldn’t recommend going …

I purchased a promotional facial for $59 via facebook showing light therapy facial. They analysed my face during my 1st visit, then off I went to get my basic facial done. After my facial, they did not let me leave. I sat there, listening to the girl talking, selling and trying to get me to purchase a package. After an hour, I did buy a package for 5 facial - which cost me almost $1400 after tax for 5 facial sessions.

I LOVE GOING. THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND. YOU ARE GREETED WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES. TREAT YOURSELF TO A FACIAL OR A SERIES OF FACIALS. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE THE EXPERIENCE. FIVE STARS !

I made an appointment because I saw an ad on Instagram for $59 facial. The facial was less than great, the employees were rushing around, and NONE of them were happy. They really didn’t care that I came for the facial, they were just trying to sell me really expensive stuff afterwards. I didn’t buy any of it & the sales person‘s demeanor went from very friendly to quite rude. Save your $60, NOT worth it. This is a bait and switch SCAM!!!

I had a great experience at Introstem Spa. Everyone is so nice and friendly, everytime I enter. They do an analysis of your face with a high-tech device that takes 3D pictures of your face and tells you your skins condition. Its a good way to keep track of your progress. The specialist are very attentive. Not to mention the front desk is very on top of the schedule and sends reminders & estheticians are amazing! Highly recommend this great spa.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on Thursday night. (BN) welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! (BN) is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. My face and neck have never felt better. Thanks

I got the special offer from Instagram for a $49 facial, but when you get there they right away start to sell their facial and products package for $1500 and they won’t let you leave until you do. I got the facial package and got two facials and then they start to make it very difficult for you to get an appointment for the rest of your facials. Bait and switch. Don’t fall for that special offer on Instagram.

Yesterday I got an email asking me to confirm my appointment today... shortly thereafter, another email cancelling the appointment. When I called to ask what’s happening, they said they count reach me so they canceled. Then I got a confirmation that I was back on the schedule and another by email today at 9:43 am. I show up today at 11:25 only to be told my 11:30 appointment was cancelled... and that I could not be seen until 1:30pm. Don’t waste your gas, time and energy on this place... take your money to a reputable business who takes care of their customers. I felt like I was being scammed with the bait and switch.

Cant believe this is a legitimate business. The everyone in that store is rude and the girl helping me was the worst sales person ive ever met on this planet. Basically she was trying to sell me on anything she could and started lying right off the bat, didn’t answer my questions i asked like “what is the peptide” a valid question for someone wanting to put a stem cell and peptide product on someones eye i would think. Then i asked for a tissue because she put a exfoliant that i already owned in another brand (peter thomas roth) and she got all upset threw her hands up and said “ok im done with you you can leave and get out of my store” honestly i was so happy she saod that because i had no desire to even go in that store i was just trying to be a nice person because I understand how hard sales can be. Be wow i hope that lady gets fired or they shut down this whole sham of a business. And I suggest people buy something more medical grade and better quality for a cheaper price, like Jan Marini. The lady again helping me was the worst customer service/ sales person ive ever come across in my life.
