Imagine - Whitehall, Pennsylvania PA 18052 - Lehigh Valley Mall

AWEFUL! I had 2 shirts made here for a family reunion front only for $40 (bought my own shirts). Provided the paper to the young man showing the EXACT spelling that should be on the shirt. He spelled the last name wrong. We didn't realize until a family member pointed it out. (So embarrassing). Today when we found out we called and spoke with the manager who was completely unprofessional. He argued with me over the phone and refused to refund us even though it was HIS stores mistake! He said to bring it in to the store so he can fix it after I already told him that we were in FLORIDA. He told me that was the only option. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN. The manager was VERY RUDE and unprofessional to argue over a mistake his store made! He did NOT even say "ma'am I am sorry for the inconvenience, can I assist you with a partial refund?" A complete JOKE!
