Went to their online store as I got an email saying 75% off sale chose some items and it only gave a 40% off discount but the real problem was when I went to check out pick up at store no longer available so they wanted to charge me extra I declined and removed items from my cart

Went in to return two of SIX items (which I had the receipt for) and when the transaction was complete, I asked for the receipt back (or at least some form of documentation that I had bought the other four items) and the employee, Marisa, continuously refused to work with me, even after I explained that I NEEDED the documentation for my business and that it still had 4 items that I hadn't returned (meaning that now, if I need to later return those items, I have no proof that I bought them). The employee got huffy with me and couldn't seem to care less about the inconvenience she was causing. The manager was in the back and I chose not to ask for her (which I regretted after I left) but in my opinion, I shouldn't have even had to ask for the manager considering the fact that typically, if a customer is inconvenienced in some way that the employee cannot help with, they should offer to grab the manager. Really disappointed with this service considering the fact that the last time I went in I REALLY enjoyed my shopping experience due to a different employee and I now no longer wish to shop there for my business if this is how exchanges are going to be handled.
