I Cover - Merritt Island, Florida 32952 - Merritt Square Mall

My wife has an I Phone, I don't. I got her a case for her I Phone 8. I did not realize that there is also an I Phone 8I. Needless to say I got the wrong one. Even though it has not been opened they will not exchange it for the right one. I am going to dispute it on my charge card so they will get nothing. Not sure if I will win, but I am hoping on wasting their time and costing them as much as I can just answering the charge card companies question.

I bought 2 glass screen covers and as I walking away my husbands wasn't even attached. I then walked back to the kiosk and the employee made us wait while he finished playing his game on his phone before responding to us. He then responded "no refunds, you have to go to the other store". We proceeded to the other store where we were greeted by yet another disheveled employee he was rude and tried to tell me I ripped my screen off and it was my fault. (I've had 2 previous screen protectors for my other phones and they worked just fine). This didn't even cover my entire screen. The exchange policy stated "no refunds exchanges within 7 days". The employee refused to do this. I unfortunately had to call the local police department and waste their time. When I asked for the owners name and number I finally got my money back. The employee also was being beg rude and ripped his screen cover off which shattered (like it should have". The one he sold me was nothing but a plastic screen. (Not glass). Then he told me to never come back. Don't worry "I WON'T".
