Sales person very pushy follows you all the way through like you are going to put a piece of furniture in your pocket and walk out of the store without paying for it. They need to back off and let people look and not be treated like they are going to steal something

Kevin did an outstanding job as well as Laura Dickson. Both worked professionally and went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed. I am sure that you would be happy to find if you asked for both of these individuals at the Clearance center in Bradenton or the Main showroom floor room you would be very well taken care of!!!

Nicky was our salesperson and he was the best. He helped us all the way through the process and even called us back on his day off. He's great!
Floor Models sold as New :(
Really want to watch these folks. We ordered new chairs, recliners, and were told it would be about 6 to 8 weeks for them to be delivered from the factory. About 4 weeks later we receive a call that they are suddenly available for delivery. The truck shows up and these chairs are not covered in factory wrappings. The driver doesn't know why so they bring them in and remove the shrink wrap and leave. Turn the chairs over and the plastic pieces to ride on the floor are all scratched up. Guess what, they delivered floor models out of another store as new. Not to be trusted, "let the buyer beware".
