Best high end wigs
I came to Chicago for a wedding and my hair was a disaster. I figured my best option was a wig last minute , so I googled and came across House Of Wigs. The woman working understand my situation and was so quick and helpful to matching the perfect wig for me. I am now heading back home and this wig has been a life saver. Through and through it is amazing, so realistic , no shedding, the bounce, everything! Received so many compliments
Nightmare experience!
Poor quality wigs and even worse customer service.
The wig I custom purchased was way overpriced for what I actually got. I found out the hair was not even real human hair. I was sold a synthetic hair wig. I literally received the wig with fried and frizzy hair strands and the lace had this gross crusty stuff stuck to it. The lady who sold me the wig was incredibly rude and unhelpful with issuing me a refund.

I custom ordered the most beautiful wig from them about eight months ago. It’s so lovely and I wear it every day. Going back soon to get one of a different color. The silk top wigs are beyond this world.
Salon owner horrific wig
Worst wig I ever purchased shedding and tangling after 2 weeks contacted company they repaired it !! They should have replaced it or refunded 10 months and 1500 dollars later ! I’m a hair replacement stylist cap construction hair quality and customer service horrible please do yourself a big favor do not order from this company
