Hot Topic - Johnson City, Tennessee 37601 - The Mall at Johnson City

Yesterday two of my children and I went into this store. Upon entering the lady at the door said that all children over five have to wear a mask and I told her my youngest was five and has a sinus condition and she was also made aware that I have asthma. She told me I still had to wear my mask completely over my nose and mouth. Fine because I wasn't planning on being in there long. As we were looking around and talking my mask started falling off my nose and she yelled at me to put it back on, I did. We continued to the back of the store (clearance toys for the kids) and finally made our way back to the front of the store. The woman at the door said that we had to leave the store because she apparently had to tell us "3 or 4 times" to leave our masks on. I asked for a manager because that was bullcrap and she said "oh it was your older son this time". Again bullcrap. So I asked for a manager again and she said she was the manager and she told me to leave once already and if I had a problem I need to call customer service. Now, I love hot topic but it sounds like to me that y'all need to call customer service to re-train your asses to be better customer service representatives!
