First time in the store the owner introduced herself. She was super helpful and nice. Bought two pieces and one did not work out. I went to return or exchange. On the back of receipt it says refund or exchange in 30 days. Bought my items on 5/10 tried to return on 5/23. I was told that there was nothing she could do. The front of the receipt says 7 days for exchange or return. I DID NOT EVEN SEE THAT. When I explained that the right thing to do in this case since the receipt says both would to offer store credit. The girl looked at me.. rolled my cami up and said sorry it's final sale the owner said there is nothing she can do... That is a lie . You are the owner you can and could have made it right but you made the decision not to. In my eyes that is unprofessional and poor customer service. Sad cause I would have enjoyed being a return customer. I can see that her being nice and helpful was for me to just buy her items.
