Hooters - Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909 - The Citadel Mall

We went to Hooters as a group of 5 as we had a soldier deploying at midnight and wanted him to enjoy his last evening out. We had saw advertisements online for a March Madness special for $15. When we asked for it we were told it was $20. I asked to see the manager and showed him the online pricing on the Hooters website. He stated this was something to do with franchise initials and they were not a part of that, as if the customers are to know which stores are participating. So he refused to honor the $5 difference in the price. For a table of $5 we spent nearly $100 so it wasn’t the money it was the principal of the lack of customer service. The manager on duty spent his time with the wait staff high five-ing them and the whole time we were there I never saw him go to a table or speak to any patrons. Only the waitresses. So for his choice to not honor a whole five dollar price adjustment clearly in his control our family will not return. As a manager make a customer happy they return and everyone benefits, make a customer unhappy and their money goes elsewhere and the internet reviews will follow you.
