Hollister Co. - Baltimore, Maryland 21236 - 4901 - White Marsh Mall

I haven’t been in Hollister in awhile and honestly I had the worst experience Ive ever experienced here. From the time me and my friend walked in we felt unwanted/ not welcomed, no one even approached/greeted us, we were the only people in the store at that time, and we were being watched the whole time in the store(which made it really uncomfortable). As we were walking in the back of the store, a lady jogged/ran up to us saying “do you guys need help with anything” my friend stated that it was a sweater/hoodie in the front that caught her attention, the lady which had an attitude, nonchalantly stated “it should be up front” as she walked ahead and we followed, She couldn’t locate the sweater/hoodie but it was on the mannequin, before taking the hoodie/sweater off the lady stated that “if she takes it off the mannequin, you’ll need to make sure you buy it,” which in my opinion no customer should feel like they have to purchase an item because someone takes it off the mannequin. My friend asked what size it was and then purchased the item. As we were at the register, the cashier/lady behind the register was texting while another one rung my friend up.. there wasn’t much conversation/exchanges except “go ahead and put you number in,” I felt so uncomfortable. I came home and told my sister she immediately called to speak with the manager named Theresa, she apologized and offered us a 30% discount. I honestly don’t even care about the discount I’m honestly traumatized from the whole experience, I will never return to this store again.
