Dasher
I am a door dasher. I always encounter inexperienced teens. Today though it took two to give me one order and while I am delivering their food to keep business going, I simply asked for a cup of water. Seriously a cup of water. A 3rd worker came up and let me know that since I am not employed at the mall I will be charged for that cup of water. Wow!!!!!
A town staple, absolutely worth it
I am a regular and I'll tell you: go here before 4pm. They seem to have the better workers during the morning and early afternoon. Every time I go later I get rotten attitude, but I think it's because the girls working front are just teenagers who need a bit more training on customer service. In the morning though, the staff is super polite and seem happy to be there. The food is also incredibly good. Sometimes takes a bit, but it's worth it.
Last place you want to eat, choose a dumpster instead.
Bad customer service, staff was very rude. Management refused to take phone calls about our complaint, then said there was nothing he could do. Save your money, go anywhere else but here.
