Hickory Farms - Littleton, Colorado 80123 - Southwest Plaza

The woman who was the cashier was completely incompetent. She was frazzled and greeted me three times even though I was the only customer. I was attempting to purchase 3 items. She tried to explain something about buy one and get one for a dollar but she could not coherently communicate it. I went and picked up the forth item supposedly for a dollar. She became more confused and had to call someone over to try and help her. After ten minutes it was rung up full price for the four items. I said that was incorrect and didn't want to purchase the items. The woman then insulted me and told me I should read the signage if I did not understand the discount. I was perfectly happy with purchasing my 3 items. Not only does the woman have no product knowledge nor any hint of competence she is rude and has no customer skills whatsoever. Unbelievable! I have been purchasing items for years at this location but it has abruptly come to an end. This woman has NO business working for nor representing Hickory Farms.
