The Gadsden mall hibbets is by far one of the worse stores ever.. You don't feel welcome in the store. It is a shoe store it needs personality they have some lady manager who walks on customers toes pressuring them to buy stuff. Also, they don't even display new shoes especially Jordan's how can you sell a shoe that is not on display. If your that scared of someone stealing a shoe or merchandise you need to not be working advertising is horrible not enough blacks or even other races employed there. Personality brings customers remember that. The lady manager is hard on her employees in other words petty. Give no hours literally 1 shift a week etc you should be fired as a manager so unprofessional having the title of a manager doesn't mean your a good one.This store really needs some HR/ DISTRICT MANAGER ATTENTION!!!!
