I would give these people negative stars if I could! They are scammers. I tried to return my product, they declined, and then I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They told them I was charged for a facial service (which was free to get you to come inside their shop)! I mistakenly bought overpriced garbage, and when I came back to return it the store was closed and they wouldn’t answer Facebook messages or phone calls. Do not go here!

Jimmy gotta go. If I could 0 star I would! Going through the reviews and experiencing the same thing and seeing employees like that still working here is bewildering. I agree that the employees are pushy, aggressive, and they lower the price until you're uncomfortable enough to buy and touched our skin without gloves just like someone else said. Please do not come here. He made rude comments towards the person I was with and put us down

Do not go to this place! I stopped just to get the sample the guy was handing out. He asked I come in and see and would not be touching my face! He then asked I sit and remove my mask and he started pointing out facial flaws and touching my face w eye serums and facial creams without my consent. He was very rude and pushy towards me buying a product that I did not want or need. I kept trying to leave without purchasing any products. However, He kept lowering the price until I finally bought something just to get out of the store. I felt awkward in every sense of the word!

Very unprofessional staff and also very pushy on selling their products. They’ll even keep dropping the price for you if you say no. Place is a total scam and products don’t work, they’ll pick something out on your skin (even if it’s small) and do their best to make you feel bad about yourself so you will buy their products. VERY PUSHY

This place is not professional. The staff is incredibly rude. This guy was making me feel bad about not buying a product because I have a Louis Vuitton bag apparently I'm rich and should just buy it in his words. And also said are you sure you arent jewish. That is incredibly rude and now im definitely staying far away from this place. I thought about coming back until he said these things but now I will take my business somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. Sales people do not mention that there are no refunds for their products only exchanges. Very little value for an overpriced product. Total scam! Stay away!
