I would give them 0 stars if that was an option, I am on my 2nd ring since October, less than 5 months and of that 5 months they had my 1st ring for repair for a month, so i have had it in my possession for 4 months and I've had 2 rings one being a replacement and a total of 4 stones fall out. 1st ring had 2 stones fall out of it in January took it in for repair was supposed to pick it up February 17th they did not give me my ring back until February 27th. I then picked up my ring and not even a week later another stone had fell out, so I called them and told them I was not going to do a 3rd repair in less than a month so they replaced the ring which I was not giving in about, which I also just picked up on Monday and last night before bed when I took it off I noticed another stone is missing out of the 2nd ring that I have had for less than a week. I do not recommend buying any jewellery from here the quality is obviously trash and their customer service is horrible. we've now spent thousands of dollars on a ring that just falls apart. I plan on going in there soon as they open today with another broken ring will see how to handle that, like a refund so we can go somewhere that actually makes good quality jewellery or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office.
