This Harry and David store is the best. Alot to select from and people working there are the best.
Customer service could not be worse
My family and I went to their store in May.
I don't expect to be verbally abused at a store where I typically
spend between $50 to $100.
Every question was met with a sarcastic response.
I.e. When my mother asked if a sauce was spicy, the cashier said, "What does it say there on the bottle?!"
And that is unfortunately just one example. If I wrote everything down this review would be pages long.
Then the cashier handed us samples of something which she put on the counter. When the rest of my family finished the sample, she put her hand out for the sample cups and my family handed them to her. Sadly I didn't finish mine at the same time so when I finished my sample I asked her if I left the sample cup on the counter. BIG mistake!! She replied back in a very harsh tone, "I'll just put this here in the garbage if that's okay with you!". Obviously, had I seen the garbage, I would have put it there myself.
