Happy Nails and Spa - San Diego, California 92117-2706 - Clairemont Town Square

I have been to this nail salon twice and l probably will not return. The first time l went l had Jennifer. My gel manicure was not done well by her and did not last very long. The second time l went l had another girl (unfortunately did not get her name) and she did a great job. My nails looked beautiful and the gel manicure lasted almost a month! Today l went back and when l checked in l said to please not give me Jennifer. As l was getting my manicure Jennifer came and stood next to the girl doing my nails. I guess she was told l didn't want her to do my nails again. The whole way she acted was rude and as a customer l did not appreciate her intruding and trying to be intimidating. She asked if l knew who she was and l told her l did know and that her manicure did not last at all. She tried to argue that it wasn't her and l stood firm that l was not mixed up and that her work on me was bad. When she finally realized she couldn't intimidate me she left. I was appalled at how unprofessional the entire exchange was. It was obvious that the girl working on me had been in on it too. I guess they think being rude to customers and trying to intimidate them is funny. I will say that the girl working on me did a good job but the entire episode left a bad taste in my mouth and l am going to look elsewhere for my nail needs. I was a hairdresser for many years and understand you can't please everyone but that kind of behavior towards a customer is uncalled for!
