Awful experience
THE SECOND WORST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE! I'm so disappointed I cried. I'm just moving to Naples and chose Hair Palace after reading good reviews. When I called to make the appt I asked for the most experienced stylist. She said they were all great and assigned Katy. Perhaps I should have asked for Stella or Maria who seem to be mentioned specifically in reviews. My hair is totally chopped and I've started taking collagen to help make it grow faster
