Horrible customer service
If they would allow me to give no stars I would. I came in today to get a haircut. Not busy. Sat down and the lady at the counter was on the phone. After 15 minutes she got off. A customer came in and was escorted to a chair. I stood up and said you have got to be kidding me. Never got acknowledged at all. Horrible in every way. Went to the location at Loahmens plaza in Virginia Beach. Treated the way customers should. Also advised them how I was treated at Janaf.
