They need a lot of improvement! with being calm and friendly. Some of them are already guarded and ready to fight even though you just want to pick up a prescription and really want to have a good relationship with them.
They never request your refill from your doctor's office. (The doctor's office tell us that pharmacy should request it).It feels like they have been attacked the whole day by customer and it just happened for you to be there
