Unprofessional, blackmailing, and downright scammy!
Unprofessional turnaround and extremely unsatisfied with customer support, do not go here.
The "Tax Pro", held my documents "hostage" for over a week and did not give any response until the very last minute filings were due. Added unnecessary services and premiums that were never discussed, never received a quote/cost estimate and at the very last minute was essentially forced to pay 3x the "average" cost ($440) otherwise I wouldn't be able to fi
