terrible
so messy and has rude workers. started walking to the dressing room to try something on because no one was helping me and this girl with a long skirt said "um excuse me could I check if that's clean?" in the sassiest tone ever (I obviously didn't buy the shirt I was trying on). I've never really had a bad experience with any store ever but I definitely won't be shopping at this h&m again.
