H&M - Chula Vista, California 91915 - Otay Ranch Town Center

Omg such a bad experience! I went in on June 13 @ 7:30 and i got a jacket from the sale section but when they scanned the tag it gave them regular price and even do it had a red sticker with a sale price, they said NO and that it was a brand new release, the woman barely saw the jacket. I couldn’t verify what she told me because the app was down plus I wanted to register a previous purchase for my rewards and another employee said “NO we don’t do that here” so negative and with a bad attitude at the end i didn’t take the jacket and they did register my purchase because i had proof that the app says they can do it. They made feel so bad like if they were doing me a favor. Oh and btw the jacket wasn’t a new release I did verify that later on the app. Store is big and clean but don’t expect to be helped if you have a question or problem.
