I wish I could give no stars honestly. Worst escape room I've ever been to. They're over priced for the experience you get. The rooms are crappy and they cram as many people in one room as possible. They're portly decorate and everything looks cheap and is falling apart. The staff is rude and doesn't seem to know what they're talking about at all. The couple of times we've been there they always smell like they just smoked an entire joint out back. No one answered the phone when we called and we waited like 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Worst experience ever. Will not return. Had no good things to say and I've already told everyone I know not to go there.

NON-REFUNDABLE. This was just the beginning of our problems! BOOKINGS: doesn't tell you that you're paying over $100 for ONLY 30min. The room was stupid easy and we escaped in 20min. Most of the keys were just out in the open(disappointing). Toward the end, the last "game" didn't make sense and when we asked for a clue, she just came in and GAVE it to us. WOW,WHAT A CLUE! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NO STARS! I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE,EVER! Out of all 17 escape rooms I've done this is the most PITIFUL. Probably the most uneventful/waste of time I've ever spent my money on. They won't give you a refund because once you get there and realized how CRAPPY it is,then everybody starts to run for the EXIT! Oh and the staff were dressed and acting like they were at home,NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE(most unprofessional) Looking at all the other reviews makes me wonder why they are still in business. I'm not the first to see these FACTS and I sadly won't be the last. God bless the next customers who WASTE their MONEY&TIME!
