Green Biotics - Wellington, Florida 33414 - The Mall at Wellington Green

I would give a zero testing of possible. I got suckered into buying one product at their booth in a mall, and was then ushered up to the store for "free samples" what a hoax! I got a hard sale to spend way more money than I was comfortable sorbitol, regardless of the fact that I must have did a dozen times I don't want it, and I can't afford it. I was billed into buying it. I was not made aware of the return policy at the time of the sale.

I really love this tea. It's not too sweet or tart. It is very refreshing. I like the subtle fruity taste and the little bit of spice that they put in there. I like to drink it ice cold because I think it tastes better that way.

Terrible experience. Serve champagne at 10;00 in the morning to get you under the influence then took advantage selling a facial machine for 1,600.00 and wouldn't take it back less than 24 hours later. They cited a no return policy and then lied about return the next day. A scam or horrible business practices. Beware. Don't buy anything there.

I purchased this product and had a reaction to it. I tried to return it unused and unopened for a refund and the people wouldn't do it. They say there is a no return policy!! Who does that?? They told me to call the service center but got some recording saying what their hours were and i was calling within those hours and could not get through.That is a big red flag!!.Obviously there is some question of the legitimacy of the company..Not only that but the product doesn't work that well. It's way overpriced also......STAY AWAY

The Groupon 60-minute Anti-Aging Facial is a complete waste of money ($125.00) and time! Do not buy it! After purchasing a Groupon, I called the "spa" several times to make an appointment at the Wellington location yet never received a call back. So I physically went to the store and booked an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the technician, Luna, told me she missed lunch because of my appointment, a statement she would repeat again during the 45 minute (not 60) session. She spent a tremendous effort hard-selling the products. When I told her I was not interested in buying the products but was there to enjoy the facial, her response what "you don't look like its a money problem, so why don't you want to take care of you skin?". The 60 minute facial lasted 45 minutes! Luna chewed gum the entire time, insisted I watch a video of their laser product, and repeatedly left the room. At one point, Luna told me that if I didn't buy the products and follow her advice, it was a waste of my money and time as well as her's! She was correct - the facial was a complete waste of time and money. I emailed the company through its website and have heard nothing.

Over the top skin products. They deliver amazing results! Great service. Friendly staff.
