Absolute Worse Process. by ,
I had to get something fixed, they received it, multiple times they said they'd communicate with me without following through on what they said (i.e. said they'd call someone tomorrow and let me know what happened and nothing happened), I asked questions on their website through the message board like thing they set up for me to talk to them and for them to talk to em. No response was given to the majority of my questions I asked. They sent my product somewhere to get it further checked out and I called five days later to find out. They admitted they should have updated me when it was shipped a few days ago. I would call and the shop's voicemail was full. They was once a period of nine days I understand that they were probably hit with Covid 19 making things extremely tricky, but that doesn't excuse the fact that on 06/09/2020 Haley (the only rep I spoke to through the 5 week process) said she got the part she ordered and she’d update me throughout the process and I questioned her if I could trust she would do that since she said that before and didn’t follow through and what was her reaction? She was defensive, didn't take any responsibility, didn't have any empathy for the situation. Also, on 6/17/2020, I called to get an update. I got Haley again, she politely said she would check on the status, she put me on hold, 48 minutes passed with no update from Haley. Still on hold. Specifically, my full call was 51 minutes (including talking to Haley) and it was from 3:24-4:14pm (PST) on that day. Places are trained to not leave a customer on hold for 48 minutes without checking in to update them (i.e. “just want you to know I’m checking in on the status for you. Just hold on a little longer”). But I got nothing. I hung up and called back and it was closed. To make matters worst, Haley didn’t even update me online through their website with the status that she said was checking on. Imagine the phones could automatically go straight to voicemail after closing but why not still update me online through their website? Several days passed and no update was given. We shouldn't blame Covid 19 for bad customer service. There will be delays and maybe communication will be limited due to shorter work hours, but what's the excuse for the disrespect? My last interactions was them saying the product was going through “QC Check” and shipping it out to me afterwards. They said it would be shipped on a Friday or the next Monday. Monday passed and nothing. I called back the Thursday after that Monday. They said the same thing, shipping on Friday or the following Monday, and the same thing happened. No update. Finally, I called the Thursday after the Monday again and asked what’s going on and Haley interrupted me and said she had a tracking number, like she knew that would shut me up. And it did. haha. I just wanted my product and to be done with talking to Haley. To be fair, they did a wonderful job fixing my product. Looks good and works good. Amazing job on that front. But this was the absolute worse process. 2020 has had many challenges, but none of them should account for terrible customer service. Delays are understandable, but not being forthright about the delays and the downright disrespect is inexcusable.

They are good about getting things back to you as soon as they can. Keep you up to date on your repairs. Would Highly recommend them!!!
