Hope you don’t plan on returning a purchase in hopes to get your money back. I also hope you ASK if they provide a refund because THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT THEY WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!
Go anywhere else
You can buy this stuff anywhwere else on the planet and I suggest you do so. If you buy anything here as a gift and the recipient does not like it, you are not permitted to a refund of your money: store credit only. And if you wait 8 days, you aren't even allowed a store credit. Seriously! I'm telling you now because they never told me and we are now forced to keep a bracelet my wife doesn't even want. And what do you think will happen if you ever have a problem with a clasp or setting in the future? Good luck. Just go to a real jewelry store or department store so you don't have to deal with these Neanderthals.
