Beware ⛔️ ? ⚠️ I went to see engagement ring with my GF and they had an advertisement says GSI/GIA certified diamonds with special discount. We like one ring ? but it was white gold and asked them if they provide us the same ring with yellow gold and GSI/GIA certified, they (2 employee) confirmed they have in different store.however price was a little high so we left. The next day I came without my GF and ordered the ring. I was in a hurry and didn’t expect the merchant will trick me. Here is the trick what they did 1) they make me sign on their copy receipt covering the above content says NO REFUND or exchange on special and custom orders. Remember they confirmed they have in different stock and they told me it will take several months. I said okay and they included the original receipt in an envelope and gave me. After 3 weeks I got a call from the store and they said ring is ready and can be collect it anytime. I went there and asked for the ring. First of all the ring was different and o asked them it looks different and if I can compare with the original one on display. They that ring is sold. I said okay can you give me the GIA/GSI certificate? They said they don’t have certificate but can offer me appraisal. I asked them nicely to offer me the GIA certificate they promised. They declined and they told me I can’t even have a refund as the ring is custom made and special. I requested my bank to dispute credit card charge and the bank opened a case but they convinced the bank by offering the signature they trick me on the merchant copy and bank dispute case on favor of them. I reopened my case explaining and providing more documents and I will also file a case on court by hiring a lawyer. Please beware and don’t get advantage of chitters.
