If I could have given it 0 star I would. My sister and I went to Gold USA on Saturday and got the worst treatment anyone could ever imagine. We walked in because I wanted to purchase a gold anklet the man behind the counter was helpful and accommodating however the lady in there was completely terrible. While he was showing us she loudly told him to count how many anklets there were before showing any than she preceded to just stare at us like we were in there to steal. We let that go and continued to look at and try some on. Mind you she was coughing non stop made us and all the other customers very uncomfortable. She should not be at work if she is coughing or is sick especially at these trying times. We didn’t like the ones in the store so we asked the man if we could order some from the catalog, while we were looking through it she calls the man behind the counter to her than she says make sure it’s the correct amount of anklets over there. Pick up it up and put it in the back. At this point I had enough of her prejudice and racist, judge mental remarks. I told her we heard her and she is very unprofessional, instead of apologizing she than proceeded to say well she is the one in charge of the accounting so she has to be careful. So in other words she thought we were in there to steal, from the moment we walked in. This was the most terrible experience ever. I recommend anyone who doesn’t want to the treated any less than a human to not patron this business.
