Buyers Beware
I am so disappointed in the service I received. Went to the store on the riverwalk in New Orleans. The sales people were so friendly and smooth. BUT what they do not tell you is there is no refunds or returns. My products were mailed to me. When I received the box it was all broken open because the sea salt scrub oily stuff leaked all over the place. They promised me step by step directions ... I received none!! Even after I asked not just once to please included them.. oh no problem I will put them in the box and they will be emailed to you... we are there for you every step of the way... Bull Crap. Then when I called to complain... you can't get through to the store. So I went through their customer service.... there are no refunds... WHAT??? Why was I not told that when purchasing this EXPENSIVE stuff?? Oh there is a sign at the register... yeah right I was signing my receipt on the side of the counter. Then they put it at the very bottom of your receipt... now is that really right?? BEWARE these products could be the best in the world but this company SUCKS!!
