As an actual frontline doctor, I was rather shocked at the treatment of myself and family as we tried to shop at this location during holiday season. There was a very condescending employee that enjoyed trying to publicly shame people. He clearly didn't have a grasp of reality or the science behind the policies he believes he is enforcing. In a retail environment struggling to survive, I feel particularly bad for the owners who hired a fool

These people do not discriminate, they do however regulate on the mask unlike many other places which is why I feel these people can’t handle being “told” to wear them properly or to have a real mask as opposed to a chin shield or mesh mask. No mesh mask or shield has been cdc approved so stop lying. And if your asked to respect the rules do it. You really expect someone else to pay for your ability to enjoy something?

There should be a zero star rating. Based on the way that my wife and I were treated there, even 1 star is to good for this business. The "employee" stated he was the owner and that he did not want our business. That store is not the only game in town. Glad we found out how rude this guy was. I understand people believe in masks however this guy was so rude. We used to spend a minimum of $200 in that store at Christmas. Never again

Not sure if he is the owner or what, but Andy harassed everyone who walked in the store about their masks even though no one was near him. It’s okay to want customers to wear a mask but there is a certain way to say things to customers who walk into your store wanting to spend money. You can tell he takes his own personal mental issues out on everyone who walks in, including children with Down syndrome. No way to run a business.

Workers answered all my questions. Social distancing, accommodating, great selection

Poor customer-service to myself and my disabled son. I will never return to this store.
