I love the Gilded Page, Kim has a wonderful selection of wrapping paper, cards and stationery that would please everyone! I’ve known the owner for years, she is knowledgeable about her inventory and has excellent customer service. If you visit Santa Fe this should be on the top of your list as one of the places to visit!
Not all that’s gilded is good
The Gilded Page is a lively niche store offering paper goods and stationary. It’s service, however, is hit and miss. While one can encounter decent seasonal workers the owner is both nasty and delusional and her manager, Anjelica, incompetent. Avoid these two at all costs. See other reviews here, on Yelp, Facebook.
Very bad service
Went today to wrap some gifts... The woman was rude, since I didn't buy the expensive ribbons she suggested, she wrapped my gifts in a very bad mood, made them look bad on purpose. Also, she refused to give me a paper bag because "they didn't have one that fit", it was clear she didn't want to give me a big one...so I left struggling to hold 5 horrible wrapped gifts with my hands. They have beautiful paper, but because of the service, you better don't go!
