Bait and switch
While on vacation in August and visiting Aventura mall, I Purchased a pair of Geox boots after trying a few pairs on. Checked out, put boots in suitcase and brought them back to CA. Didnt touch them until winter rolled around, when I went to put them on and they didnt fit, so I checked the size and discovered the saleswoman switched the boots. I called and they said returns only for 30 days and it had been about 90. They were very rude.
