We decided to get some ice cream, we payed and ate the ice cream, but after 30 minutes the cashier tells us that the bill I gave her to pay was fake! Obviously I was obsessed and I called the manager who was really rude to us! She just wanted me to replace the bill that she said it was “FAKE” she made the situation too embarrassed that she also called the police! She was xenophobic also just because my family don’t speak English! They were in vacation! At the end the police found out that the bill obviously was a real one. Make sure if you want to go to a place that will not respect you, and that will do anything to get some more money ! No matter what.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I had the worst service from an older light skinned lady with dark thin hair. As soon as I got to the counter I was greeted with a nasty look on her face, several times, along with the vibe of not being bothered with when I kindly asked her for a sample of the dairy free Guanabana gelato since I am lactose intolerant and was very excited to try the dairy free options that were available. I also tried asking for a sample of the strawberry, but she sternly said only 1 sample. I had every intention of purchasing a gelato, so her efforts would not have been for none. I proceeded to buy the gelato, but could not even take one bite of it, and threw it away because I lost my appetite. Never have I felt poorly treated as a customer, so I decided to leave this comment. The gelato tasted great, but it was unfortunate that the service left me with disgust. I’m not sure if it was my demeanor, or my skin color or ethnicity that turned her off, or if she was having a bad day, but this is my honest review of my experience here as a tourist.
