We gave my daughter a suprise 16th birthday party. 80s-90s theme / costume party. I hired them to come play classic games for about 25 people.
Night before the party the owner Kenneth Griffith called saying he's stuck out of town but has a partner who will come but we need to push our party time back. We did and he promised me the guy would come. 20mins after the start time we reached out to Kenneth Griffith asking wtf.. He said his partner was still at work... Should still be coming.. After 4 hrs, numerous texts and half of the party leaving.. They never showed up...
I got a call the following day from Kenneth Griffith saying "let's fix this " ..
Let me give you a coupon for your next party... Are you kidding me you ruined my daughter's party... You embarrassed her so bad
You embarrassed me as her parent.
You need to give me my party free.. Not try to make another dollar... After he started to raise his voice and I lost my mind. I handed my husband the phone and he just hung up... It was the same conversation over and over.. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND... VERY POOR COMMUNICATION... Again Thank You for messing up my daughters suprise party..
