Unhappy customer
I had such a bad experience with game stop in jersey city. I was purchasing a game and the cashier said he couldnt accept my debit card because the numbers werent raised. I told the guy he was clueless. I asked to speak with a manager and no one came out to speak with me. I told the cashier that it wasnt a requirement to have raised numbers and he still refused to help me. I then drove to game stop in north bergen and spent over 100 dollars there and paid with the same debit card. They apologized for my poor shopping experience at the Newport location. The incompetent employee named chris should be fired including his boss who didnt care about losing a sale. Never refuse a sale, offer options. Shame on you Game Stop at Newport Mall!!!!
