Anyone working here?
I walked by today - before the afternoon, the store was empty! No customer, and no employee! I walked around the mall for a bit and when I returned, maybe a half hour later, the gate was down and a "Be back in 15 minutes" sign was attached. Um, 15 minutes? From what time????
Poor customer service
I was waiting for some assistance at the counter around 5:45 on 11/13 there was a girl and guy working talking to friends or regulars I don't know for sure, but then the girl got really flirty and asked the customer to buy her a large pink lemonade. Not strawberry. She hates strawberry lemonade. The customer she asked reluctantly agreed obviously from the overly flirty demeanor. I can't stand when girls take advantage of men that are not in. Very unprofessional.
