Before the pandemic I was doing some shopping I in the mall when a noticed as slightly outta place shop. Different from the rest of the store fronts I'm used to seeing. This one has a retro 80s feel. Packed with every possible item ud ever wanted that was 6 months ago . That's cuz this store has all the used and slightly used gaming experiences one might want. All their prices totally reasonable. Super helpful John. Are they still doing business?

Went in with zero expectation, came out thoroughly impressed. Very friendly staff, manager is exceptionally friendly. A great experience.

Went in for the first time today. Super friendly customer service and they were very helpful. Got a great price on a game we had been looking for. We will definitely be back.

When I walked into gameboss to find my hubby occupied by looking at old games and enjoy what the store had to offer, the store employee who is the manager John said "twinses?" Becuase he was referring to me and my hubby's matching spooderman shirts. I thought he said "twinkie?" And was making a poorly said comment towards my curvasious plus size body, it was then when I clarified what he actually said "twinsies" did I laugh and realize I would like this place *giggles awkwardly* Ahm.. anyway.. the store was doing the most for us, knocking down prices a few bucks to make sure we left happy and with a few new things in hand. John is full of knowledge and is probably one of the sweetest men I have met (geez don't tell my hubby) lol. Go visit and spend your money you won't regret it

Honestly an ace experience! The gentleman who helped me gave me the opportunity to eat the next day! I'm very satisfied.

Came in a few weeks ago looking for games for my Xbox 360 that would be both entertaining for me, but easy enough for my 5 year old son to play too. A girl named Cara was working in there, was very helpful and friendly to my son and I. We found a few games and she even made my son smile when she gave him a sticker before we left. We will definitely be back again!

Great place to shop in and was a very welcoming place. John is a very cool guy and helped us out in all that we needed. If you’re in Visalia mall you gotta come check this place out.

What a great store with great staff! Was in awe at the selection of everything from Atari to PlayStation, as well as the numerous game choices. Kara was super friendly to my kids, my wife, and I as she helped us look for family friendly options. My wife and I were very pleased and will definitely be returning to this store again soon.

This place has everything from retro to new. John was super friendly and is an absolute expert in all things video games. They buy, sell, and repair systems from the 70's on. If you are looking for that special gift for the gamer in your life, this is should be your first and only stop!
