My Grandson was so excited to finally get a phone that does more than talk and text, until no one could get it to work. It has been almost 2 months and you won’t answer calls or even make an attempt to call back and help him. What is wrong with you people! You have no qualms about taking their money for a phone that won’t work and absolutely no explanation what the problem is. The very least you could do is send a text or email out explaining

Gabb should invest more into support and less on advertising. My son's service has been down for 2 weeks. Customer service does not answer and no return calls, emails or IM's. How do you call yourselves a business? My son pays for his bill each month. You're stealing from my son. You're instilling great values to our youth through this example!
