DO NOT SHOP HERE! We purchased a couch from this outlet in 2015 when we moved into our home. The salesperson was nice, but delivery was almost two months late. It was a specially upholstered large and we felt expensive sectional, warrantied for one year. When the stitching started to come out, the company did very little to help us to get the company to honor its warrantee, attributing the problem to our own wear and tear. It took weeks to get a reply, then we were told that it would not be covered as the problem was clearly from use--I thought we were supposed to be able to sit on couches! When I asked for help getting company reps on the line, none was forthcoming. Six months later, when the problem got worse, I was told that they could put me in contact with a good upholsterer, the repair would be expensive, but better than recovering the entire couch. Quite frustrating when one of the sales points was the warrantee. Completely unacceptable approach to service. I have given them plenty of opportunities to fix this problem and they refuse.
