Both Fred Meyers Jewelers nearby our town closed so we are forced to drive 2+hrs to have our pieces cleaned for warranty in Fox River Mall. They were busy so we opted to come back for pickup after shopping. Over an hour later we picked it up. Left the mall to find they didnt fill out warranty papers, still has crusted sauce from lunch on the rings, & no idea if they used the pecious stones wash for Opals/cleaned at all. Call back as Im not driving an hour back to tell me she knows it was soaked yet we didnt speak to her while there cuz the lady we had was no longer in there. Being sent new warranty papers. Worst hassel not knowing if my diamonds were checked/ opal was treated carefully. Promise we will NOT ever be walking away without seeing things done ourselves!! Made a good day stressful!
