They lied to/robbed me by ,
I was checking out heels for my girl and one of the workers came by to get the size she says they look nice and that they're only $18 and then she holds it at the counter while we look more and when we go to pay they charge me $30 I bought them cause she liked them alot but it really irritated me that they scammed me like that. Stores shouldn't lie to their customers like that, we need to save money as we're planning on living together. Honestly so annoyed and wont shop there again. I recommend you don't either.

Hello, My first time shopping at this store was a good experience. The workers were very nice and helpful. I thank them for my pleasant visit. Now unfortunately I did not have a good experience with one of their clothing items i purchased. The thread was falling apart before wearing it. At this point I already have taken the tags off because I was going to wear it for an event. When I contacted the store to explain, they said I was not able to due to the tag being removed. It clearly states it in the receipt which I can totally understand buuut given the situation AND my simple request to exchange it - I would or anyone would agree that a customers satisfaction comes first. The so called "store supervisor" had explained this to me and when I asked to speak to a manager- she gave me a ton of reasons as to why she was not able to do anything about my pants and that the store owner/manager was not on site or available to help me out. I still went to the store and by surprise the manager /store owner was present AND there were other staff members on site. Which she also stated she was the only one in the store. Any who... the store manager issued a refund and when I went to hand the card i used to pay for the pants- she explained to me that it will only be store credit. She also explained to me how many shoppers buy their clothes, wears it and returns it for their money back. Now at this point she is accusing me of wearing them to then get my money back ? In either case I asked to exchange the pants which is what I originally wanted to do. I think they need to work on their customer service skills aaaand switch up their return policy a bit. $40 for a pair of pants that cannot stay in one piece and nonrefundable is not cool. Unfortunately, I will never shop there again. (Mainly because she lied to me)
