Forever Flawless - Boise, Idaho 83704 - Boise Towne Square

I had a great experience here in 2019..purchased a facial and products..but today the salesman stopped me in passing to offer a sample which I declined, I already have the product..he responded with "why dont you use it under your eyes?" "Your looking old and puffy" REALLY?!! Hello j*rk..im 45 years old! Im not going to look 20! Im a stage 4 cancer survivor, widowed single mother of 3 kids! I will never go there again! You made me feel sad

I foolishly purchased facial products from Jordan(Oro Gold) in the middle of the mall. He brought me up to his salon Forever Flawless for a "free facial" with Johnny. After a few hours of hard selling I even more foolishly agreed to purchase a hand held red light therapy machine. He said it was NASA proven technology guaranteed to remove wrinkles, sagging skin, acne scars and spider veins.It was supposed to cost $7200. He would sell with the lifetime warranty for half. He charged me $3,300(He gave me $300 credit for my skin care purchase from Jordan)and$1,300 for a years worth of products and facials. I was suppose to get the machine in a week, as it was a preorder.After researching that night I found his claims about red light therapy were unfounded as well as other statements. Similar RLT machines sell for $75 on Amazon. The next day I returned all creams from Jordan and Johnny but no one was at either place. I left a note with products, tucked them behind the counter and left a note that I cancelled my credit card transactions. I met Johnny outside the store as I was leaving and told him what I did. He tried to get me to sit on a bench and chat with him about it, I said No! I don't appreciate being lied to. 15 minutes later he sent a text saying, No worries, you will get your money back. That was over a month ago and neither Jordan or Johnny have responded to my credit card company or have credited my account for the over $5,000 dollars they owe me. I returned all of the few creams and small RLT device I was given in less than 24 hours, the majority was products and services I never received!

This appears to be a viable high end beauty product line that achieves the vendor's testament for superior skin care. Their business model, at the Boise Towne Square Mall, which employs kiosks on the main floor of the Mall and their beauty boutique on the second level affords their personnel to capture the casual passerby's initial attention with free handouts. If one allows this vendor's product dissertation to continue it could last one to two hours resulting in a sizeable investment in their entry level product line? I feel this is a misplaced venue for Boise's demographics. Because of their product line and elevated price points they would be more suited to succeed in larger metro areas? One that comes to mind is Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Finally, although, I found their entire staff to be professional and congenial, current CDC and Boise City COVID-19 Pandemic mandates were not being aligned with, at times.

I love these products! They work wonders for my skin! Would highly recommend!

I do not see anything wrong with these products. They seem to do what is claimed. However, I do not want to use two months or more of my income to pay for a couple of containers of skin creams. My job is stressful and difficult, my money is too hard earned to pay 500.00 (27 hours of work) or more for one container of skin cream. If you think it is worth it, the products are great and have great reviews on YouTube.

Amazing store, love the skin care line, it's not cheap but ones you see the results you know it's worth it. The store manager is wonderful and my face looks and feel beautiful. I
